How is Park’N Fly protecting customers and employees?

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. Park’N Fly has implemented the ParkSafe program which includes a set of protocols and preventative measures designed to create and maintain a safe and healthy environment. Are face masks mandatory for customers?


For everyone’s safety, all customers must have a face covering or mask prior to boarding the shuttle bus (customers will be provided with facial mask if not available).

How is Park’N Fly ensuring safety when driving my vehicle (valet)?

All Park’N Fly employees tasked with moving valet customer vehicles are trained and mandated to follow a strict protocol. Prior to entering any customer vehicle, the employee must put on a new pair of disposable gloves.  Keys are inserted into a protective pouch.  Once parking is complete, the keys (within the protective pouch) are secured until the vehicle is ready for pick up by the customer.

At this time, is Park’N fly accepting cash payments?


Park’N Fly has temporarily suspended cash payments until further notice. Credit card and debit are accepted at all valet and self-park locations.

How does Park’N Fly ensure its employees are healthy and safe?


Park’N Fly is compliant with all federal and provincial and safety directives including for self-isolation. Any employee who feels ill or experience any COVID-19 symptoms must stay home and seek medical advice. In addition, employee are mandated to stay home if they have had close contact with someone who has COVID-19.

All customer service counters are fitted with protective plexiglass shields providing a barrier between the customer and the Park’N Fly Customer Service Attendant. We also require all customer-facing and operational employees to use personal protective equipment such as face masks and gloves, and all employees have access to hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes.

In addition, our bus drivers wear masks and gloves.  In addition, bus capacity is limited to 7-9 customers per trip and all shuttle buses are regularly cleaned and sanitized. 

How does Park’N Fly ensure space for social distancing?


Social distancing floor markers and traffic flow barriers have been installed to ensure customers and employees adhere to the 2-meter distancing guideline.  Signage within our facilities and lots will also provide guidance to customers as they make their way to and from the terminal while following all recommended social distancing guidelines.

What is the process for handling luggage?

Park’N Fly has made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our luggage assistance service. Customers will be required to load and unload luggage onto and off of the shuttle bus to eliminate the risk of contamination.

What is the Park'N Fly Rewards Program?

By joining the Park'N Fly Rewards program, customers start earning points towards free parking days on every stay. There’s no cost to join the Park'N Fly Rewards program, and it’s simple and easy to en-roll.

Note: The Park'N Fly Rewards program is not available at our Halifax location.

How can someone enroll in Park'N Fly Rewards?

Visit parknfly.ca and select the Park'N Fly rewards button – Not a member? Join Now. Simply click on the “want to join” button and follow the step by step enrolment form. Once completed you will receive a membership card that will be mailed directly to your preferred address selected. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.

Do I receive any information upon enrolling?

You’ll receive a plastic “Park'N Fly Rewards” card, which is personalized with your name and unique number. You have the option of swiping or scanning the card to ensure you receive the points and other benefits.

How are Rewards points earned?

Earning the points are automatic, each time you park at Park’N Fly, by simply using your membership card at check out, your account will be credited with the amount of points you’ve earned. The amount of points earned are based on the amount of eligible charges. You earn 1 Rewards point for every dollar spent (eligible charges). No Park’N Fly Rewards points are earned on free days or charges that are not considered eligible, (Non parking charges, taxes, optional services, etc.)

How do I know how many points I have?

You have a personalized online page. By simply visiting the website and clicking on existing member, you’re able to access your personalized page that details all activity along with Rewards points earned to date.

How do I redeem for Rewards points?

Login to your homepage and click on Redeem Rewards Points. By following the online step-by-step process you’ll be able to redeem for your FREE DAYS.

How many points do I earn?

Earning Rewards points is easy. Earn 1 Rewards point for every $1 CAD spent on eligible charges. Eligible charges refers to parking charges only. Optional service purchased, taxes, surcharges or any other item that is not related to the parking charges are not considered eligible. If your parking charges amount to $50.00 (pre-tax) total rewards points earned is 50.

Will my points expire?

Park’N Fly Rewards points expire after 12 months of Rewards account inactivity.  Rewards account activity includes that accumulation of Rewards points with at least one qualifying stay at a participating Park’N Fly facility and/or the redemption of free day(s) within a 12-month time period. See section 12 of Park’N Fly Rewards Rules and Conditions

How do I avoid my points from expiring?

If you have no parking activity within a 12-month period, prior to the end of the 12-month period of no activity, simply redeem your points for Free day certificates.  These certificates can be used at a later date.  You do not need to know when your next parking stay is in order to redeem for your free parking days. This will ensure that (a) your points are utilized, and (b) your account remains active.   

Do I need to redeem all my points?

No, all you need is one activity to keep your account active.  Simple redeem for a free day and that will maintain an active account status.

Is the Park’N Fly Rewards program compliant with legislation regarding loyalty points?

Ontario members: Park’N Fly Rewards Rules and Conditions policy on expiring loyalty points is compliant with Section 47.1 (1) of Ontario’s Bill 47, Protecting Rewards Points Act (Consumer Protection Amendment), 2016 which states that no supplier shall enter into or amend a consumer agreement under which rewards points provided expire due to the passage of time alone.

How frequently do the shuttle buses run to and from the airport?

The Park’N Fly shuttles operate 24 hours a day. The shuttles that serve our Valet Toronto location departs every 8 minutes (or less) from the Valet location. For the other markets that operate a Valet or Self Park service, the shuttle departs those lots on average every 15 – 20 minutes (or less).

What kind of Value Added services are offered by Park'N Fly?

For those customers who choose Park'N Fly’s valet service, they will be able to benefit from many of our value added services such as oil changes, automotive maintenance and full exterior and interior detailing of your vehicle. These services are just another way in which Park'N Fly takes some of the burden off of your shoulders when you return home from your trip. Locations such as Toronto Valet also offer automated self-check-in kiosks for those customers flying with Air Canada.

How do I get to Park'N Fly?

To locate the Park'N Fly location nearest to you, scroll to the top of the website and select your city of departure. Once you have navigated to your city of choice, you will find links for maps and directions to all of the Park'N Fly parking lots for that airport.

Do I need to reserve a spot?

No, you don’t need to reserve a spot at Park'N Fly. At the locations that offer the Valet service simply proceed into the lot and Drop'N Go. It’s that simple, after registering your vehicle. At locations offering the Self Park service, simply find your perfect parking spot and let the shuttle bus take you to the airport. It's as easy as that.

Does Park’N Fly have a fuel surcharge?

The escalating fuel costs have created challenges for our business and in an effort to maintain our current service levels a minor fuel surcharge has been added to the charges. This minor fuel surcharge became effective August 12, 2011 and appears as a separate charge on your receipt.

Note: Our Halifax location does not have a fuel surcharge.

Where can I get Park'N Fly coupons?

You can find all of the latest Park'N Fly promotions on our website or simply visit your local travel agency who will be able to furnish you with a coupon.

I forgot to present my CAA card/ discount code at time of checkout. Can I get a refund?

Discounts or credits cannot be applied after you have checked out of the facility.  The CAA card or discount code needs to be presented or swiped at the time of check out to obtain the associated discount.

Why should I choose Valet over Self Park?

There are many reasons why customers choose Park'N Fly valet service. Our convenient Drop’N Go service allows our professional team of service providers to look after parking your vehicle while you’re on the way to the airport. When you return, your vehicle will be ready and waiting for you.

What steps do I take when I return from my trip?

The first step upon your return is to call the phone number printed on your ticket to inform Park'N Fly that you are awaiting pick-up, for the Valet locations, an automated system will answer and provide you with the opportunity to enter your ticket number. This enables us to begin readying your vehicle for you. Next, head to the designated waiting spot, and a shuttle will be around to get you shortly. If you parked at a Valet location, when you’ve been dropped off at the lot, simply pay for the closed ticket, get in your car, and you’re on your way home.

If you are a returning Toronto Valet customer, you will be dropped off at Park’N Fly’s Valet Pick Up Centre located minutes from Park’N Fly’s Toronto valet Drop Off location. There is no need to remember any new details. Continue to board the shuttle at the terminal and you will be transported to your waiting vehicle. You’ll love how quick and easy picking up your vehicle will be!

If you parked at a self-parking location, you should show the shuttle driver the lot locator slip that was provided to you upon your departure, and the driver will bring you to the location where you parked your vehicle. Then proceed to the nearest exit to pay for your parking at one of our automated pay stations, and you’re on your way home.

How much additional time should I allow to check-in at Park'N Fly to get to the airport?

Depending on the lot and city you should give yourself sufficient time to check in at the Park'N Fly lot and get to the airport before the airline's suggested check-in time. Keep in mind traffic and weather can also affect the amount of time required. Please plan ahead and give yourself sufficient time. The recommendation is 45 minutes.

What is an automated pay station?

If you are paying by credit card, our lots are equipped with automated pay stations that allow you to simply scan your ticket, pay the balance and be on your way. They can be easily located at the exit gate, or inside the valet lobby.

Using Park’N Fly Winnipeg Indoor Valet - Where is my vehicle parked?

The majority of the time, your vehicle will be parked inside the valet facility.  However, during peak periods, your vehicle may be temporarily parked in one of our outdoor parking spots, located within our secured, gated facility.  You’ll still enjoy the benefit of coming home to a warm car, as we guarantee your car to be warm, clean of snow and parked inside our warm facility ready for your pick up.
